Baking Heritage Pro provides custom baking services including:

Orders and Payment

• All custom orders require advance notice (minimum 48 hours for standard items, 1-2 weeks for elaborate custom cakes)
• A deposit may be required for large or custom orders
• Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery/pickup
• Custom orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit deposit
• Wedding cakes and large event orders have specific cancellation terms discussed at time of order

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from delayed delivery or product defects.
